Members are asked to attend a Special Resolutions Meeting next month, regarding the issue of potential voluntary liquidation of the Preston Football Club.

The meeting will be held at Preston City Oval (Genis Steel Oval) on Thursday, 11 December. Further details on timing will be confirmed in due course and published on Preston's website and social media pages.

In order to place the Club into liquidation, a special resolution of members is required to be passed. A quorum equal to 10% of members entitled to vote is required for the meeting.

In order to pass a special resolution, more than 75% of the members voting at the meeting (whether in person or by proxy) must vote in favour of the resolution. If the resolution to appoint a liquidator is passed, the appointment comes into effect immediately. At the conclusion of the liquidation process, the Club is deregistered.

Preston will continue to provide updates to our members and supporters.
