Club statement: Special meeting on 15 December

New date announced for upcoming special meeting.

All Preston Football Club members are invited to attend a special meeting inside the club's boardroom at Preston City Oval.

The meeting will be held on Monday, 15 December, beginning at 6pm. Please note this is different to the earlier announced date.

Those who attend must be a paid-up Northern Bullants (Preston Football Club) member for the 2025 season.

As advised last month, the issue of potential voluntary liquidation of the Preston Football Club will be discussed. In order to place the Club into liquidation, a special resolution of members is required to be passed. A quorum equal to 10% of members entitled to vote is required for the meeting.

In order to pass a special resolution, more than 75% of the members voting at the meeting (whether in person or by proxy) must vote in favour of the resolution. If the resolution to appoint a liquidator is passed, the appointment comes into effect immediately. At the conclusion of the liquidation process, the Club is deregistered.
